Alexander J Endress is the author of “Many Shades of Grey and Gender.” His proudest accomplishments are his honorable discharge from military service and earning two master’s degrees—one in Educational Psychology and another in Social Work. His writing combines rigorous academic analysis with lived experience to challenge systemic prejudice in education, healthcare, and justice.
